We are QuickBooks Pro Advisors and are certified in both the desktop and online versions. We offer the full spectrum of bookkeeping services that can be tailored to the needs of your company. We can run your A/R, A/P, payrolls, etc., or just swing by once a quarter to get your transactions entered so you’re ready for the CPA at the end of the year. Don’t understand what this alphabet soup means? Then we’re your new best friend!
We also enjoy teaching, so if you simply need help setting up QuickBooks and understanding how to use it, we’re happy to assist.

About Us
A-One Mobile Bookkeeping, Inc. was started in Gloucester, VA in 2007 to provide bookkeeping services to small businesses in the community. We are a family-owned and operated business, consisting of Jennifer Haynes and her mother, Denise Ouellette, our original founder. We are now located in Williamsburg, VA and focus on clients in the greater Williamsburg area. We also offer virtual services to companies outside of our local geographic region.
Our niche has always been the small businesses that need quality bookkeeping services but do not have a full-time staff member in that role. When Jennifer is not working in the business, she enjoys paddle boarding with her dogs, making cheese, learning new skills, and spending time in the great outdoors with her husband, Paul. Although Denise still assists Jennifer in a part-time capacity, she is mostly enjoying her retirement by writing children's books.
